These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at j4tz.es and any related pages, products and services (together, the “Services”) provided by J4tz (“J4tz”, “we”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

J4tz is a very small independent software development team based in Spain (European Union). We build custom software — applications, websites, games and bots. You can reach us at contact@j4tz.es.

2. Use of the website

This website is provided for general information about J4tz and our work. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.

3. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content, branding, logos and design of this website are owned by J4tz or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without our prior written consent. Project names and trademarks of third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Development services and engagements

Any paid or contracted development work is governed by a separate written agreement (for example, a proposal, quote or contract) signed between J4tz and the client. Those agreements prevail over these Terms for the specific engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of services or a guarantee of availability.

5. Products and bots

Some of our products — such as the Discord bot CordAI — have their own terms and privacy notices, which apply in addition to these Terms. See the relevant product page (for example, j4tz.es/cordai) for those documents.

6. Third-party links and services

The Services may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content, terms or practices of those third parties.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
